Le Nicolas is an air-conditioned studio of 25 m2 that can accommodate 1 or 2 people as a couple, located near the Estacade market, on the ground floor. An hour from Lyon and fifteen minutes from Annonay, come and stay in this beautiful home for a stay. Easily accessible, the cottage is located on the road between St Romain d'Ay and Ardoix, and close to the village center.
