Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. Quiet area with enclosed private parking. Completely refurbished apartment, 1st floor (attached to our house) 65 m2: 2 bedrooms, beautiful light main room with garden view, pool access in summer.... at least 10am 11:30am 2:30pm 6:30pm!.... Heating included, please respect the 19-degree maximum and turn off the radiators (do not COVER them with linen) if you take advantage of opening the windows for a long time!…

Ce logement parfaitement situé à l'entrée du village, devant la rivière, offre un accès facile à tous les sites et commodités. On est juste à l'entrée du cœur du village en saison estivale ça peut être très animé ! Si vous cherchez le calme privilégiez une loc. en campagne. Attention bien comprendre que Le canapé est un 2e ou 3e couchage mais d'appoint.
