The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank, einer Senseo-Kaffeemaschine, einem Wasserkocher, einem Standherd und Backofen, einer Wasseraufbereitungsanlage (gefiltertes Trinkwasser) sowie einem Holzherd/Kamin. Im Badezimmer sind eine Duschkabine, eine Badewanne, WC und ein Wandtrockner verbaut.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.

Can be used for business and private purposes! The property is located on the historic Eilenburg Castle Hill and has historic sights outside, as well as a large lawn to relax on. In Eilenburg there is an animal park near the city center, as well as a swimming lake with a water ski facility.
