Located in Biržai, Vileišiškės village, the rural tourism homestead "Vienkiemio oazė" can now accommodate guests in up to 5 different private cottages. One of them is the "Fairy Tale House". Pedal boats, e-water boards (efoil), a boat, sup, Vespa scooters and electric bicycles are available.

The guest house is located on the edge of the park, approx. 100 m from the Pērsē swimming pool and 800 m from the famous Koknese castle ruins. The place is quiet and peaceful, but in about 10-15 minutes, walking through the park, you can get to the pub "Rūdolfs" to enjoy a delicious meal there, or go to "Maxima" if you want to cook in the guest house kitchen. There is a parking lot and a children's playground.

Holiday home best suited for family gatherings and groups of close friends. Parties and events up to 30 persons are possible, but only with host permission and additional fees and might conditions apply. Beds for up to 18 people.
