Lovely mini villa with outdoor jacuzzi and unobstructed sea view. 150 meters to the beach, with a shared pier area and lawn. No ferry trip, a road to the destination, a private parking space next to the cottage. Best for 2-4 people. Terrace with gas grill. All amenities, e.g. air source heat pump and dishwasher. The area is quiet, absolutely not for party people! Dogs allowed, hair must be cleaned.

The fully renovated (2025) cottage offers beautiful views of the sea, easy access and modern looks. Enjoy your time on the terraces and the cosy Sauna, or take a dip in the sea. 3 separate bedrooms (2 in the main building and 1 in the saunacabin) With 2 beds in each and also 2 bedsofas, the place offer space for a larger group. The shore is deep so you can also easily access the cottage by boat. We have previously had the SaunaCabin on rent and you can find lots of rating for it on Airbnb.

Villa Winstén is a large, luxurious design house by the sea. It´s just 50 m from the water, and comes with a private (40 m) section of the sand beach. Reachable by car. Neighbours nearby, but the location still offers good privacy. Excellent kitchen! Has it all! Sauna, bathtub and double showers with sea view! Washing/drying machine. Beds in bedrooms: 1: 180x200 cm + 70x160cm 2: 160x200 cm 3: 160x200 cm (can also be single) 4: Bunkbed 2 x 90x200cm For bigger groups we add an apartment.
