The Strandheim farm is located 532 m above sea level in Kjøremsgrende, in the southern part of the mountain village of Lesja. The farm produces milk and meat and is located in quiet surroundings with beautiful nature, wildlife and mountains. Elva Lågen in the immediate vicinity offers great opportunities for swimming and fly fishing in our zone. Short distance to Dovrefjell and Dombås. You have the staff all to yourselves. Sæter at Gardsenden- Dovrefjell

Sæter for rent at Gardsenden on Dovrefjell perfect for family, hunters or lovers who want a stay surrounded by magnificent nature. There are two sets on the same set, and there is an option to rent both sets. There is an outhouse on the property. There is freshly washed bed linen that you have to put on the bed yourself. When you leave, take off the bed linen and put it on the floor. You have to bring your own towel. The road to the cabin is closed from about November to April/May. You have to go in there on skis in the winter.

Large and magnificent cabin for use in all seasons

Great log cabin over two levels, so centrally located on Høvringen that it is possible to access. The cabin is scenic with great views at the edge of Rondane National Park. The area is a great starting point for any kind of nature experience. In summer time, the area offers good hiking and biking possibilities along marked trails. From the area there is access to ten peaks of over 2000 m above sea level. Winter time there are driven trails just outside the property. Here, there are countless opportunities for both large and small.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. Here you can enjoy the view of Dovrefjell and Rondane from the bed or from the living room. Spectacular hiking opportunities right outside the door. Snøhetta is a day's march away into the kingdom of the musk. Possibilities for a horseback ride, biking on the Tour de Dovre or walking the Pilgrim Trail. Fishing in Kvitdalsvatna or at Hjerkinndammen. 4 km to Hjerkinn station. By car it is 35 min to Oppdal, 25 min to Dombås and about 15 min to the nearest store (Dalholen).

Veslehytta at Nordsetra/Dovrefjell

The Veslehytta (or Budeiebu) is a simple cabin that our budeies previously stayed in in the summer. It is located along E6, 8 km from Dombås towards Trondheim. It has decent access from the road, and is located right by the "old E6" which is now a bike path in the summer, and uphill ski trail in the winter. The cabin has its own outdoor toilet and woodshed, but you have to get water from the stream 50 meters south of the cabin. NB! Have your own drinking water! We live in a small shop with pets and a kitchen garden. At the edge of the courtyard in the courtyard is a single-family home from 1979. The house is family friendly with a great view. Relax and unwind at this cabin overlooking the river. The cottage has a kitchen with stove, fridge and nice dining area. There is a bedroom with two beds and a sleeping corner sofa in the cozy living room. In addition, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a door to the sunny south-facing terrace. The cottage is located on a campsite with playground and fire pit with barbecue. The campsite is located between 3 national parks: Jotunheimen, Dovrefjell and the Rondane.

Høvringen has a shop with inn located about 700 m from the cabin. There is a daily bus connection to Otta. The mountain area has established trails both summer and winter, with gateways to Rondane National Park.
