Sunny room with private entrance and deck. Pretty, walkable neighborhood near Yale, gourmet grocery stores, a park and restaurants. Share bath and kitchen with host. Breakfast offered. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated but host has to know in advance. Come and go as you please. Fair Haven Heights Entire 1 Bedroom Apartment

Renovated and private one bedroom apartment with modern amenities within a traditional setting with amazing water views, feel like home in our cozy and nice apt with full new Kitchen ,bedroom, living room, bathroom. You can get downtown and Yale in 10 minutes by car, or 15 minutes by bus using line D that goes direct to Downtown. Convenience store, Pizza place and Wine store in the corner (five minutes walk from home), also walk to the Marina and Anastasios Boat Cafe.

Maritime Neighborhood Family/Pet Friendly

Quaint historic neighborhood, family and pet friendly. We do charge $20 fee for pet guests. We are located 1.5 blocks to Quinnipiac River canoe launch, walk to park/ dog walking areas. The original house was built around 1840 and gives off an urban farm/green space vibe. New floors in bedroom/dining area and bathroom provide modern luxury. Windows on the east, south and west walls let in plenty of light. Minutes to I-95, I-91, and Union Station. We charge $20 pet fee!

Relax in bed with 40" HDTV with Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Netflix, premium cable. Enjoy private gardens to sun, read a book or cup of coffee. Short drive to 4 Vineyards, Theater and the train station.
