At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

It is located on the ground floor of a beautiful 19th century building, inhabited by the owners. It has a central location for easy and pleasant travel to visit the area (D-Day landing beaches in particular). Comfortable and peaceful, shops and aquatic center nearby (< 1 km).

Charming 1930s house, ideal for families, 2 min walk from the sea, close to shops, the beach and its sailing club. You live with the locals, so it is very equipped. My accommodation is close to the beach and activities suitable for families. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Large enclosed garden. Linens and towels are provided. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and is available from April to September if the weather permits.
