This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

On the upper floor of our house, there are bedrooms, a large bathroom and a toilet, and on the lower floor, there is a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a toilet. Komi is in the southern part of the island of Chios in an area called Mastichochoria (i.e mastic villages).
