The first floor has a dining room with a fireplace and TV, a sofa bed, a professionally equipped kitchen connected to the veranda, equipped with a dining area. The apartment 331 is located at the third floor in 5* Balneo Hotel Saint Spas with a beautiful view of the Rhodope mountains. Nearby there is a river which you can hear and is very calming. The access to the wellness area that include fitness, inside and outside swimming pool with warm mineral water, jacuzzi and children pool , sauna and steam bath is paid at the reception - 20 lv for adult, 8 lv. for a child over 6 per 24h.You can take the key from a box with code at the door of the apartment.

Main house : its a 2 story house that has a kitchen, large dining room and a garage/storage room on the 1st floor. 2nd floor has a bedroom and bathroom and a large terrace. The other 3 houses are exactly the same: bedroom and a bathroom + a mini veranda in front of each one.

You find the cottage in an amazing village location, where you can enjoy lovely hikes, read a book and grill over open fire. The property is a lovely converted barn, keeping some original features such as a stone wall and wooden beams, yet wirh all modern facilities of a newly fitted kitchen, bathrooms, airconditioning in summer and heating in winter. The hosts holds chickens and grows an organic vegetable garden as well as an orchard with various fruit trees.
