On the ground floor of the house, you will have access to the garden as well as the (unheated) pool. This cozy apartment is ideal for your tourist or business stays. Pets are welcome!

We offer a 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of our villa with a terrace and beautiful views of the countryside, 700 m from village. We are located: Close to Montélimar and its nougat museums The Ardèche gorges with its Pont-d'Arc Crocodile farm and giant tortoises Chauvet Cave....... Numerous hiking trails on site including the GR42 20 minutes from the Tricastin power station. The apartment measures 48 m2 + a covered terrace of 16 m2.

Small cozy space, not attached, discreet and quiet close to town and major highways (A7 south exit no. 18, 10 minutes away). Located directly in the center of the village, you will appreciate the proximity to the castle as well as the restaurants and shops as you walk through the heart of this tourist village of Grignan, now on the list of the most beautiful villages in France.
