The 160 cm bed is a sofa bed with a mattress confort.Terrasse+coin private garden, barbecue, access to the patio with a 4 m by 2.5 m masonry hot tub with 14 waterfall nozzles. This space is shared. In the heart of the city and close to all shops, the studio is bright, independent in perfect condition and air-conditioned. Integrated kitchen, fridge/freezer, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, washing machine, TV, towel dryer, double glazing, intercom, Wi-Fi, bathroom, etc. Visit the region with, for example, the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Caverne du Pont d'Arc, the Via Rhôna by bike (space for two bikes possible), dynamic Tourist Office just a stone's throw away. Our charming apartment, just renovated and decorated by an architect, is equipped with new furniture and can accommodate 2 travelers, or even 4 with its convertible sofa. Comfortable and stylish, it is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Montélimar and will be entirely at your disposal. On the ground floor of the house, you will have access to the garden as well as the (unheated) pool. This cozy apartment is ideal for your tourist or business stays. Pets are welcome!

Welcome to the heart of the medieval village of Rochemaure, ideally located on a quiet street close to Via-Rhôna. Here, on the ground floor of a charming village house, you will discover an old art gallery transformed into a cozy and comfortable cottage of about 45 square meters. (note that it is possible for cyclists to put their bikes in the living room) our accommodation is also equipped with a light therapy system available free of charge - see photos

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

You are also very close to the center of the old medieval village of Châteauneuf-du-Rhône. You can discover the region by taking advantage of the many hikes and the ViaRhôna located 900 m away, ideal for bike rides. A7 Highway, Montélimar Sud exit, within 10 minutes.

We offer a 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of our villa with a terrace and beautiful views of the countryside, 700 m from village. We are located: Close to Montélimar and its nougat museums The Ardèche gorges with its Pont-d'Arc Crocodile farm and giant tortoises Chauvet Cave....... Numerous hiking trails on site including the GR42 20 minutes from the Tricastin power station. The apartment measures 48 m2 + a covered terrace of 16 m2.
