Welcome to our home on the Truckee River. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining & the den all connected with beautiful reclaimed oak hardwood flooring. Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Holiday or seasonal rates (4 night min) apply around Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgvg, XMAS to New Year, MLK, Pres week. Cleaning fee added to all reservations.

Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft. Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND. We do not offer early check ins or late check outs.
