Welcome to our 2 bed, 2 bath condo generously equipped with a full kitchen, 1 king, bed, 1 full bed, and 1 set of bunk beds, wood burning stove, WIFI, Roku streaming devices, and only a few steps from the ski lifts! When you arrive you will be welcomed with a guest snack box and bottle of wine prepared just for you.

This condo retreat is close to everything Truckee and North Lake Tahoe have to offer! Right off Hwys 80/89, it's close to Old Town Truckee, and within 15 miles to Donner Lake, Palisades, Sugar Bowl, Northstar, and Tahoe City. This spacious and comfortable condo, has nice furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen for a relaxed stay all year round. Note, I pay the 14% Truckee STR transit tax. It is self managed. This is a downstairs unit with a small outdoor deck that includes an outdoor dining table and a BBQ. You will find the location in The Boulders to be convenient for all your outdoor activities. Welcome to our pet-friendly home in Tahoe! We took a modern approach to a traditional ski house, with mid-century furnishing and updated bathrooms and amenities. Just 20 minutes to Palisades or Northstar. 10min away from Truckee downtown and 5 min drive to Safeway. The condo is part of Tahoe Donner which has access to amenities like snow play, cross-country skiing, trails, gym, pools with additional cost. The Snow Play area is just across the street! Small condo at base of Tahoe Donner ski hill. Its really ideal for 2 people. However, there is a couch that folds down can becomes a bed (suitable for someone under 5.8). Deck overlooks the ski hill and has a killer view. There is a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and induction hot plate. Full bathroom. The unit has a table / work station. There are two chars and there are two black side tables that can act as extra seats so 4 people can sit at the table.

The living area features a leather sectional sofa paired with a comfortable recliner. A wooden coffee table holds decorative items, while the dining space includes a wooden table surrounded by chairs. Natural light fills the room from large doors that lead to a balcony.

Cozy Northstar Ski-In/Out. Right across from lifts

It doesn't get better than this ski-in ski-out 1 bedroom condominium at Northstar. You cannot get much closer to the lifts than this condo with it’s balcony looking directly at the entrance to the Big Springs Gondola. With 1 king bed and a full sized pull out couch this is the perfect escape for a couple or young family. Get a nice massage on the brand new whole body massage chair after a long day of skiing. + Hot tubs and gym! Catamount is the best building in Northstar Village.

Welcome to Base Camp! Our cozy studio (308 SF) is located in the Tahoe Donner Lodge Condominiums. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Alder Creek Adventure Center (cross-country skiing, hiking, biking) is less than a mile away. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.

Donner Lake Getaway

This newly remodeled lovely condo is right on Donner Lake, 4 miles from SugarBowl and right off exit 180 on interstate 80. In the winter this is great access to town, all ski areas, and Donner Memorial State Park. In summer, you are on the lake, across the street to the boat ramp, and have access to a private beach that is a 5-10 minute walk. Perfect for families this condo can sleep up to 6 people. The condo was just renovated in December 2023.
