Near the highway A4 and the bus stop going to Venice and Padua in less than 30 min. In the center, bright, simple and elegant. Overlooking the river with beautiful views. It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Our accomodation?!? 15 minutes from the beautiful Venice that can be reached with bus number 6 which is in front of the house. Economical, modern and perfect for a family or a group of friend. Very important: the house is located in a condominium where it is absolutely impossible to make noise, especially after 22:00 and before 8:00. The house is at third floor without elevator. Please consider it if you have heavy luggages.
