Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. Located in the historic center of Ventimiglia, it offers a good accommodation for 6 guests (2 double bedrooms and 1 sofa bed) a short walk from the port "Cala del Forte" and the fabulous sandy beach "Calandre".11 km from Menton(France), 19 km from Monaco, 18 km from Sanremo. The various beaches are within walking distance with the possibility of using the new free elevator. No pets allowed. The property is not reachable by car as there is a ztl. Large parking within a 5-minute walk away.

My accommodation is located on the ground floor of a house, on two levels, in the center of the village. Faces south, not overlooked, Parking nearby. The village opens its hikes to the Gordolaque. Dogs accepted, please let us know. Dinners on request, served on site. Everything is included: sheets, towels, linens, and breakfast available on the first day. Respect Covid, Internal rules, Inventory on departure. Keys handed over by me. Clean air and Nature: Dare to Adventure!

My cottage in Pélasque ***

Air-conditioned apartment 45 minutes from Nice airport and Saint Augustin train station (accessible by bus line 90), in the Vésubie valley, at the gates of Mercantour National Park, with many outdoor activities and attractions nearby. There is a Carrefour Market open 7/7 and 24/24 gas station 10 minutes from the accommodation by car. The first restaurant is in the center of the village 5 minutes drive away, I can book you a table there.
