Fantastic accommodation for your stay in Dresden! Our Apartment Rooftop is on the 3rd floor (penthouse) of a residential building. It offers space on approx. 75 sqm of living space and was completely renovated and lovingly furnished for our guests in June 2021. Up to 4 guests can stay here. Two spacious bedrooms - Two balconies. A state-of-the-art kitchen and a bright shower room are just as much a part of it as a spacious living and dining area and your own parking space.

Listhús Maxen

The Listhús is located in the middle of the small mountain village of Maxen. Surrounded by meadows and fields and pure nature. Many hiking opportunities are offered here and excursions to Saxon Switzerland or nearby Dresden. After an eventful day, you can quickly relax in the small farmhouse with the adjoining garden. The small artists' house invites you to feel good and switch off from everyday life. Since it is a very old house, the ceilings are very low in places.

Our spacious, modern 83 m² holiday flat offers a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV and large dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Two bedrooms with double or box-spring beds, two balconies, bathroom with bathtub, rain shower and window. Wi-Fi, towels, hairdryer and parking space included. Non-smoking, no pets or events.

The cozy apartment is also suitable for possibly longer vacation stays. A washing machine and a drying room are located in the house. The apartment has a parking space and a bicycle storage room. In the immediate vicinity is also a home-style restaurant with Saxon cuisine ("Hommels Gasthaus"). Just come in and feel good. There is a kettle and of course a coffee maker...coffee and tea are also there...special requests are gladly fulfilled
