Built amidst the mountains and Arabica coffee plantations at the southern tip of Serra do Caparaó, in the Pedra Menina District, Chalé Raiz offers a unique setting with a stunning view! This private oasis is perfect for a romantic getaway after hiking the Pico da Bandeira, visiting coffee farms, or just enjoying the countryside. Only 5 min from Alto Caparao square. Located in the middle of a coffee farm, 4 km from the Capixaba Entrance to the Caparaó National Park, it is ideal for nature lovers, hiking and waterfalls. The Terracota dome is 38m², has a 50-inch 4K TV, an equipped mini-kitchen, hot and cold air conditioning, a whirlpool tub, a dining counter and table that can be used for home-office work, as well as a deck with a spectacular view of the mountain and our river.

The chalet is 6 km from Patrimônio da Penha and 16 km from Pedra Roxa. The nearest town (Santa Marta) is 4 km away, where there is a supermarket, gas station, pharmacy and restaurant. We have Wi-Fi via radio (rural area). The chalet is just 1.5 km from the asphalt (unpaved road).
