This double farmhouse dates from the 17th century. A beautiful holiday home of more than 100m2 has recently been built in the front house behind the barn doors. All facilities are located on the ground floor. Such as a spacious sitting area with views of the West-Frisian Circular Dyke, a cooking island and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. There is a garden with a terrace. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Ons chalet staat in het mooie rustige Waarland. Wat te doen in Waarland : Vlinderado, indoor minigolf, boot huren via HappyWale, buitenzwembad Waarland. Binnen 25 minuten rijden ben u bij het strand van Callantsoog of het mooie duingebied in Schoorl. De mooie steden Alkmaar en Schagen (15 minuten rijden) zijn ook zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Vakantierijk Waarland is bezig met het park te vernieuwen. Onze chalet staat aan de rand van de camping waardoor u er weinig last van heeft.

Tolke28, a small paradise in Noord-Holland Tolke28 is the perfect place for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists, beachgoers and families with small children. You will be staying in a gypsy wagon with its own terrace. The wagon itself is not large (5 by 2 meters), but the accompanying garden is extensive and exquisite. The wagon is in a beautiful place. The bathroom and toilet are located in the farmhouse +/- 30 meters away. In the morning, you can pick your own egg from the chicken coop.

The property is known and famous for the many artists who have performed there. It's the ideal home base for exploring the city and the region. On the ground floor you will find one of the best and hippest restaurants of Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the waterfront.. The entire house is new and high-quality finished.

Our B&B is located in the heart of Waarland, with Alkmaar, Schagen and Heerhugowaard are within cycling distance. It is a guest house for 4 people, suitable for a family with older children. There is no train station in Waarland, and there are no buses in the evening. Without a car, we may not be the right location. For stays longer than 5 days, a discount is given, but you must provide your own breakfast.

Unfortunately, our apartment is not suitable for children, due to a ditch on the premises. It is also possible to rent electric bicycles!
