A vintage wooden staircase opens up to a second story with a half-bath and master bedroom with high ceilings, comfortable queen bed & more great views. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves.

Family Beach Cottage

Third generation family cottage with beach, private hot tub on the deck and amazing views of Tomales Bay. The gravel frontage road leading from State Route 1 to the Beach Cottage was once part of the narrow gauge railroad that took vacationers, farm animals and lumber up and down the coast from 1871 to 1930. If you need more space, you can also book our Rustic Beach Cottage, which is directly next door and offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, as well as its own outdoor hot tub and fabulous bay view.

This beautiful studio is the entire ground floor of a classic village beach house just a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach for you and your pet to freely roam. It’s convenient for outings to Bodega Bay, Point Reyes, Sebastopol and local seafood restaurants. You can also “walk out the backyard gate” to dine at Coastal Kitchen and take an evening stroll on the beach.

Our home is quiet, relaxing and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is one bedroom (loft style) with a king size bed and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. The couch is a foldout. Bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with a well-stocked spice cabinet, dining room & large deck with Weber BBQ. There's a smart tv & sound bar, unlimited WiFi, a DVD player, board games & beach toys which you're welcome to use. Or you can just relax in the hammock & watch the clouds go by. No ocean view.

There's even a doggy door & potty area for your fur family. EV charging using our 40Amp Level 2 charger, or plug yours into our NEMA14-50.

Eagle's Nest Treehouse Farm Stay is a tranquil, secluded, luxurious, romantic wilderness experience in a private forest on a 400 acre working ranch. Thirty feet above the forest floor you are nestled in a gorgeous, well-appointed suite of 1,000 year old polished redwood, with bathroom and amazing copper/glass forest-view shower. Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. We have 20 feet of window seating to lounge on while you enjoy expansive windows that look out onto the ocean waves or enjoy a movie on a flat screen TV.
