Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

Fully remodelled stone house in the lower edge of the village of Merkada, surrounded by pure nature with unlimited view of the Sperchios valley to the sea and beyond. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house has two independent floors, the one available is the 1st (ground) floor.
