PLEASE NOTE: The access to Kas Alm runs via a forest path. With a lowered sports car, the path is not passable. The Kas Alm cannot be reached by car in snow. The Kas Alm can be reached on foot in about a 5-minute walk from the parking lot of the Grandsberger Hof.

On the first floor are the two bedrooms and the dressing room.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
