Das Appartement ist ca. 15 qm groß und hat alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Es gibt eine kleine Küche und ein großzügiges Bett im Wohnraum. Das Bad hat eine große Regendusche. Bei uns am Hadermannhof könnt ihr die Seele baumeln lassen und die Ruhe und Natur genießen oder ihr könnt gerne am Treiben am Hof teilhaben. Wir freuen uns auf Euch!

Wir freuen uns über Familien mit kleinen Kindern und unterstützen,wo es geht. In der Wohnung sind viele nützliche Dinge wie Hochstuhl, Töpfchen oder Spielzeug. Vieles weitere können wir zur Verfügung stellen. Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Eingangsbereich und Bad. Es ist eine Einliegerwohnung mit separater Eingangstür, eigener Waschmaschine. Direkt gegenüber ist ein See zum Schwimmen. Auf dem Hof gibt es für Kinder viel zu tun und zu spielen.

Hab Spaß mit der ganzen Familie in dieser stilvollen Unterkunft. Natur pur am Dreiseithof ganz aus Holz mit Pferden, Hühnern, und ganz viel Platz für eure Kinder. Direkt vom Anwesen gehts auf die zahlreichen Wanderwege des Schellenberges. Simbach am Inn / Braunau mit allen Geschäften sind 8 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Rottaler Bäderdreieck ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg und München unter einer Stunde erreichbar.

The spacious loft lies in between a lovely village and the river Inn, very close to a swimming lake. It offers to its guests various possibilities: those who love cycling, going for a walk, spending their holidays in the nature and those who want to explore all the sights will find their perfect place here. Many interesting cities are very close. After renovations on the house in 2023 we will again open for guess in 2024.
