Semi-detached, Spacious Garden, City

This spacious corner house is located on the outskirts of the neighborhood. From the spacious garden, unobstructed views of the soccer field and the basketball court in the back of the house. The trampoline in the garden and playground equipment next to the soccer field give children ample to enjoy themselves outside. The rabbits and guinea pigs sit outside in their pens and you can use the vegetables in the garden. Due to its convenient location, you can get anywhere. City, and green within cycling distance. Bicycles are available.

Kia ora Epse

"Kia ora" is a wonderfully comfortable, quiet and fully furnished private cottage for 2 adults in the middle of the Netherlands with lots of wonderful nature and old culture in the area. In the surroundings of Epse, you can enjoy nice walks and wonderful bike rides. And you can visit the nearby Hanseatic cities, such as Zutphen and Deventer. A little further away is the national park "De Veluwe" for even more natural beauty. And there are several museums in the area (e.g. MORE).

De Steerne, nice place on the Overijssels canal.

Wonderful place to enjoy the peace and nature. Beautiful area for cycling and walking tours. Located on the Marskramerpad. The house is fully equipped and has its own driveway with ample parking. Beds are made upon arrival, hand towels are provided. Storage room available for stables of cycling and charging. 7 km away is the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer, known from Dickens Festijn, Deventer on Stelten and the book market. The Salland village of Raalte is 12 km away.

National monument from 1621

Always wanted to stay in one of Deventer's oldest houses? In my fairytale house (a national monument from 1621) there is fortunately much of the history in tact; the high front room, the low old ribs on the 1st floor (beware of your head) and the beautiful niches. Parts of the house even date from the 14th century and have survived the great city fire in that century. The house is on a quiet street a stone's throw from the IJssel and the best restaurants Deventer owns.

Cozy house, 2 bicycles, wood stove,veranda, center

Welcome to our recently preserved cozy house across the IJssel, in the quiet neighborhood “de Worp”. Walking distance to the IJssel, the park for a nice picnic and the city center (via the ferry). After a day on the road, the wood stove on (inside or outside) at home. You have the entire house with 2 large bedrooms (separate duvets or double beds) at your disposal. Cots fit next to it (do bring your own). Two bicycles can be used free of charge.

Welcome to our idyllic IJsselhoeve. Here, in the middle of the Salland countryside, we have converted our former young cattle stable into 2 rural rooms. The name Het Stenenkruis is inspired by the Stenenkruis van de Eikelhof, a monument that has stood on our property for generations and proudly tells the story of our region. On our terrace you can enjoy the view of our meadows, while our curious cows keep you company all day long.

Farmhouse Dijkerhoek (1898)

Our farmhouse is situated in Dijkerhoek (Holten) in The Netherlands. We live close to National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug and the beautiful city of Deventer. The front part of our farmhouse, the 'voorhuis' is available for guests. Dijkerhoek is a small village, proud of its mill 'De Hegeman'. The farmhouse is surrounded by meadows and small countryroads that are perfect for hours of bicycling or walking. You can use our bicycles.

House in Deventer

Nice cottage in Deventer a stone's throw away from the park and the IJssel. Within 10 minutes cycling you are in the city center, but you can also walk by leg wagon along the IJssel towards the city. You are also welcome here with your four-legged friend (there are several dog-free walking areas nearby). You can park your car for free in front of the door. Wonderful place to discover the beautiful city center of Deventer!

Down town Deventer family home

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It’s best suited for 2-4 people as the bedroom is fully equipped with a huge kingsize bed and the basement that coveres 35m2 is also perfect for another 2 people. We also have a baby so there is a room for a child from 8-16 months old including toys. The house is located just 10 min from the city center and bursts with activity

At the quietly located holiday park Parc Salland ( without amenities), at the end of the park, with unobstructed views of the countryside, our holiday home. The house is surrounded by a garden of approximately 600 m2. Through French doors, you can enter our terrace from the living room, where you can sit on our lounge set, enjoy the beautiful area .
