This off grid, alternative powered site is located towards the front of a large twelve acre estate, alongside a flowing brook. Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. Guests provide their qs sheets, towels, campfire wood & drinking water. A variety of dvd’s & games, hot water in & outside shower & tub. Tubes for floating provided, swim your own risk. Fire pit, creek is stocked. Steps to deck overlooking the creek.Trash goes home with guests, smoking on the decks only.

Timberframe

The Timberframe is a handmade seasonal building with a full size memory foam bed on the same property as the main house. It was my Old Painting Studio. There is a full bathroom in the main house on the first floor just for guests. Due to Covid-19. there is also porty-potty 40 feet from the Timberframe. Our Boodle Hole Beach is 4 min car ride away..beautiful refreshing stream, 13 acres..Details in the booklet when you arrive.

Welcome to bucks county! Our home is tucked away in the woods, centered on 3.5 acres. The apartment is in the lower level of our home and has its own private entrance, private patio, yard area, and hot tub. There are all the amenities you would find at home available.
