Free WiFi, no tv. 160 meters away (2 min walk) from bus stop with 2 direct lines to university, hospital, and city center. Free reserved parking directly at the guesthouse. Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. You are very close to both Ski slopes and a golf course. For more tips of activities see the section "The neighborhood".

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Passar för dem som vill övernatta en natt eller två istället för att boka ett hotellrum. Ligger 4 min från E4:an och tio minuter från Umeå centrum. 7 minuter till ett stort köpcentrum. Lakan och handdukar ingår ej men kan hyras till för 150:- per set under er vistelse. Säg i så fall bara till i bokningen. Betalningen sker efter utcheckning via Airbnb-appen. Boendet har ej kök men tillgång till kaffebryggare, vattenkokare och mikrovågsugn.

Här bor ni lungt och fridfullt tio minuter från Umeå. Eget hus (gårdshus) 40 kvadrat med ett fullständigt utrustat kök med diskmaskin. Huset består vidare av ett trevligt vardagsrum med TV och supersnabbt Wifi, 1 sovrum med två bäddar, även tillgång till extrabädd finns i form av en skön sov madrass att lägga på golvet. Toalett med dusch som även inrymmer en kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sköna fullstora sängar 80x200cm samt en extrasäng resårmadrass 80x200cm, med bäddmadrass.

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. Close to nature next to Umeå's large nature reserve. Car parking directly outside, possibility to rent a boat for fishing. Bus to and from the apartment departs throughout the day at 1-hour intervals, approx. 20 min travel (not weekends). The bus passes Umeå Airport and it takes 5 minutes to the apartment. Perfect for IT nomads as access to an exclusive ergonomic office chair can be used in combination with fast internet (300 Mbit)

Centralt mysigt rum nära älven!

Ett centralt beläget rum med egen ingång och toalett. I lägenheten finns en 140cm bred säng. En rymlig garderob, kylskåp, micro och vattenkokare. Gångavstånd in till centrum, livsmedelsaffärer, kollektivtrafik och ett stenkast från älven och vår fantastiska strandpromenad som kan leda till city eller naturen och forsarna. Det är även gångavstånd till Bölesholmarna via Lundabron där det finns tillgång till badplats. Välkommen!

Perfekt om man vill ha ett lugnt och naturskönt boende men ändå vara nära Umeå. Boendet tillhanda håller handduk, badlakan och alla sängar är bäddade det gör det enkelt och bekvämt att komma till denna villa.
