Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

Large stone house completely renovated in 2021, located on the church square of Dégagnac church square, a pretty Lotois village. Welcoming comfortably up to 9 people, it has a terrace and garden in the shade of an old lime tree. It is an ideal place for a stay for families or groups of friends. An elevator can accommodate people with disabilities. All shops less than 6 km away. The great sights of Quercy and Perigord are all within an hour's drive.
