Il est composé d’une entrée, d’un salon, d’une cuisine équipée , d’une sdb avec grande douche et vasque ainsi que de 2 chambres à l’étage . L’appartement est calme, lumineux et proche de tous commerces. A 350m de la plage, vous pourrez profiter des restaurants , bars et glaciers. Serviettes fournies et lits faits à l’arrivée.

Appartement de famille de 92 m2 , terrasse vue sur lac Piscine chauffée privée , baignade dans le lac . Parking et garage pour vélos . Mis en location quand mes enfants ne l’occupent pas. Le prix ,tel que déterminé lors de la réservation du séjour ,comprend l’utilisation de l’hébergement et des meubles ainsi que les consommations ( eau, gaz, électricité, telecom…) . 90 % du prix pour la location appartement er 10% pour la location du mobilier . Pas de services . Pas de groupes de jeunes .

Dit vakantiehuis wordt gerund door Ann en Kristof en hun volwassen kinderen. Met ons vakantiehuis willen we bezoekers laten genieten van de Belgische kust en dit in de rustige kustgemeente Bredene. In 2018 kochten we de woning. De woning is volledig gestript, heropgebouwd en voorzien van alle comfort en milieunormen dat een hedendaags huis vraagt. Een ruime tuin met zicht op de velden zorgt voor rust en ontspanning. Wij verwelkomen uw groep met veel enthousiasme!
