Beautiful Salcombe Home - great views-free parking

We hope you will feel relaxed and comfortable in our much loved holiday home. We have photographed our rooms honestly, no wide angled lenses or breakfast trays with flowers and croissants. We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. 2 bed house in idyllic coastal village with amazing views of this spectacular tidal & hillside setting. Ideally weekly bookings in the summer. Gorgeous seaside location with a river running between Noss from Newton with cliff paths and beaches galore. Local pubs, village shops and plenty of water to adventures on or countryside to walk.Set in a quiet location with breath taking views. House is not on waterside but up the hill. Cannot accept Sunday arrivals unless house is empty the day before

Set in 110 acres of land on the beautiful Exe Estuary the thatched farmhouse dates from the 17th Century and is a quiet peaceful oasis but only a short stroll from the centre of Exmouth and the large expanse of golden sands of Exmouth beach. A short drive and you can experience the dramatic wonders of Dartmoor or Exmoor. The picturesque village of Lympstone with a number of great foodie pubs is just a stroll away along the Exe Trail which passes the front of the farm, so no need to drive!

Situated in a peaceful tranquil area which offers a variety of facilities and amenities including a shared all -year-round indoor heated pool, laundry room, fishing lake, outdoor area picnic tables and barbecue area. For people with dogs or who enjoys walking, cycling and horse riding or just a stroll along the ruby way a few yards from the premises. The place is half an hour from Bude with beautiful beaches and Dartmoor area where the famous landmark Haytor can be seen on a clear day.

A bright lounge area is furnished with a green sofa and a rattan chair. Large windows open to an enclosed garden, allowing natural light to fill the space. Soft beige carpeting complements light-colored curtains, while a television is mounted on the wall.

Parking in the drive for up to 3 cars. 5 mins walk to the beach, the famous Brunel railway, the beautiful central lawn with its stream and iconic black swans. 5 mins walk to public transport, pubs, eateries and much more.

This lovely, semi-detached cottage set on one level is nestled in a secluded setting in the grounds of the owners‘ home, boasts its own hot tub and provides a relaxing retreat for couples and families alike. Venturing outside, further highlights await in the shape of a delightful little enclosed patio area with garden furniture, a charcoal BBQ and also the fabulous feature of a private hot tub. This dog friendly cottage is awash with repeat bookings and is becoming ever popular!

This is our family home- we are based in a gorgeous village 10 mins from Tiverton. A stone’s throw from several wedding venues, our place would be an ideal stay over for a family who want a home to call your own for the duration of your stay. Fantastic walks on the doorstep, river access and Exmoor a short drive away, we are a superb base for a Devon holiday. We are 45-minutes from north Devon, Exmouth, Teignmouth and 25mins from Exeter. An ideal home for a peaceful retreat!
