Very nice penthouse with large sunny balcony in Alvaneu. Dream location in the middle of the mountains with fantastic views. Old village center with grocery store and restaurant, golf course in Alvaneu Bad only a few minutes away. In the middle of the adventure and hiking area "Naturpark Ela", also many cycling and biking tours possible. Situated on the Unesco Heritage railroad line Albula/Bernina, panoramic train ride from Filisur to Preda. Landwasser viaduct can be reached on a beautiful hike.

Our fully renovated cottage (4 ½ rooms) is located in Davos on the Rinerhorn. The unique location directly bythe ski slope, toboggan run and winter hiking trail is perfect for winter sports enthusiasts of all kinds. However, the comfortably furnished hut also invites you to relax and enjoy a cozy get-together at the same time. It is fully equipped and has shower/toilet, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, heating etc. Attention: In winter only accessible by mountain railroad (ski/sledge)!

Accogliente appartamento nella tranquilla località di Wiesen, frazione di Davos, in zona molto soleggiata con un bel balcone panoramico, scuola di sci per bambini piccoli raggiungibile a piedi e altre stazioni sciistiche nelle immediate vicinanze: Rinerhorn 10 min in auto, Parsenn e Jakobshorn 20 min, Lenzerheide 25 min. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. Charming, modern accommodation in the old Walserhaus. Sunny location, 2.1 km from Davos Dorf train station. Suitable for sporty guests. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome. There is a bus service until 7:30 pm, 5-10 minutes' walk to the bus station. For skiers, a car (all-wheel drive or with chains) is an advantage. In Davos, a guest tax is charged, CHF 5.90 per night per person 12 years and older.
