A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

Our 550 SF private studio is a short drive from the UC Davis campus and walking distance from two bus lines. This studio is located on top of a garage detached from our main house. Many different kinds of fruit trees are available for the guests to enjoy. There are washer/dryer and bikes are inside the garage for the guests to use. High speed internet and TV cable channels are through Xfinity.
