nice to meeting you.We started hosting private lodging in November 2023. It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. We live in the same apartment, so we will take care of anything right away.We also enjoy going out and having a meal with our guests when the time is right. 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, 3 stops from Sapporo Station, It is a little inconvenient about a 20-minute walk from Kita24jo Station on the Nanboku Subway Line, but there are few drive streets and you can spend quietly. 5-minute walk to convenience store A 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10-minute walk to the supermarket It is a convenient place to live. Also, there are large supermarkets and hot spring facilities if you go 2 stops by train. Parking for 1 car is available on the premises (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(This is the parking lot I use every day.I will park elsewhere) The sofa bed is 170cm. [About transportation] I will do my best to pick you up and drop you off at Shinkawa Station on the first and last days of your stay.Sorry if the time doesn't work for you. There is wifi and a private kitchen and bathroom, so you are more than welcome to stay for a long time and work remotely.

This building is like a fully independent two-family house. This is a cozy 1LDK private rental, perfect for 2 people. The host lives next door. The building is new and simple: It is a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. Bedroom 1, 2 beds. The room is 1LDK, and we recommend it for up to 2 people, but if you don't mind being a little cramped, you can put 1 futon in the living room in addition to the 2 beds, and it can accommodate up to 3 people. Up to 1 pet allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) You can check in and check out by self check-in. It is a quiet villa area on the edge of the town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * Accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. The accommodation fee includes an accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night.

How is the BBQ, forest bath, and astronomical observation in a green environment surrounded by nature? It takes about 3 minutes by car to Noboribetsu Onsen. [About the price] There is a rental fee until the accommodation of 4 people. From 5 people onwards, an additional fee of 3500 yen per person will be charged. [About BBQ] We have received 500 yen per person from guests with a BBQ. Please be sure to inform us in advance when using it in advance.
