Villa Küsschen - quiet apartment and central

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. In the living room there is also a sofa bed available. The small town of Friedberg is romantically located on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or even the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. The charming accommodation is quiet and close to nature in the immediate vicinity of the Lech – ideal for jogging, walking or switching off. At the same time, you can reach the city center in just 10 minutes. The accommodation is fully equipped with a kitchen incl. Coffee machine and tea, towels, shower utensils, Wi-Fi and a desk for working. Restaurants such as the Floßländle are within walking distance. Free parking is available right in front of the house on the street.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

The accommodation has been newly furnished with a lot of love for detail and is ideal for business trips or for a vacation with friends/family. You can start the day comfortably with a cup of coffee in the garden. The cozy atmosphere invites you to relax and enjoy. The beautiful spacious apartment is centrally located in the Neusäß district within walking distance of all shopping and the train station. An underground parking space is provided free of charge.
