It is only a few minutes by car or bike to the beach. Shopping (bakery, mini market, bike rental) in the village. Barth/Zingst with shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike/car. The location of the house is convincing with its fantastic view of Bodden and the adjacent small harbor. But the generous amenities with fireplace and sauna are also impressive. Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.

Overlooking the best view of the Bodden – the house over about 90 square meters is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is the spacious living area with open fully equipped kitchen and conservatory. Here you can also access the spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs is the large bedroom with additional small toilet. The spacious balcony with its almost unique view over the Bodden invites you to relax.

The living area shines with an open living concept and invites you to linger. The existing bathroom is high-quality renovated. The quiet surroundings, the sun terrace with barbecue, invites you to relax. The tourist tax of 2 euros/day/person is then added.

Our thatched roof provides a comfortable stay around the year. The landscape all the way up to Zingst can be viewed from the balcony. You may relax in front of the fireplace or on the terrace. The village has access to many bike routes and hiking trails along the south side of the Bodden and the baltic sea coast. Stralsund, Rostock and other destinations are close by.

Crooked Kate

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.
