I live locally and am just about always available if you require assistance or advice. Walk to sights such as the Opera House, Art Gallery of New South Wales, and the Australian Museum. Swim at the Andrew Boy Charlton pool, and stroll to numerous galleries, restaurants, and cafes. Catch the Bondi Beach express bus a block away. The penthouse is located in the highly praised area of Darlinghurst. Its really easy to get around, Taxis and Uber come by frequently, buses stop right down the road and train lines are 5 minutes walk in either direction from the apartment. There couldn't be a much more central location than this. The Botanical Gardens are right in front of you, please do have a picnic there, or stroll from the unit through the Botanical Gardens and right into the Opera House, there is no more beautiful way to get there. Just past the Opera House await you Circular Quay, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the historic Rocks precinct and the Harbour Bridge. Or, you can just stroll in 3 minutes to Hyde Park to shop at Sydney's most exclusive locations including David Jones, Hermes, Dior, and every other international brand. On from the City you can walk to Darling Harbour and China Town. For entertainment there are music, sports, film and club venues all around you. For daily needs there is a grocery store just at the next red light and a large supermarket complex is a 2 min walk. Although it might be tempting to spend the day relaxing on terrace and watch the city move around in front of you For parking of the car I have visitor permits for $14.50 per day you can park the car in the streets nearby.

As hosts with a young family, we occupy part of the property and share a common wall with the guesthouse. However, the AirBnB is private, has a separate entrance and shares no common areas. This self-contained guesthouse is part of a gracious federation family home on a corner block with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with a built in wardrobe and desk. The Living area is a combined living/dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside verandah/deck. The space is flexible and perfect for business travellers, young families and couples looking to enjoy the best parts of Sydney. We have an air mattress and crib, which we’ll include or remove based on your sleeping requirements. You’ll feel just like you’re at home away from home! Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas and direct access to Green Park from the outside veranda accessible via a side entrance. This property supports keyless access powered by August Home. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. Across the road from the house is Greens Park, which boasts a playground, public tennis courts, and basketball hoops. Cammeray golf course is practically on the doorstep as well, and there's a huge array of cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Cammeray is an excellent location with immediate access in all directions by car. There is plenty of all day parking on the street just outside our place. Public transport is a breeze into the City, North Sydney and Mosman. It's even an easy walk to & from North Sydney, Neutral Bay & Crows Nest for work or play. The kitchenette comes equipped with a bar fridge, microwave / oven, 2x induction hot plates, toaster, jug and necessities.
