Outside the kitchen and living room stretches decks to catch morning and afternoon/evening sun as well as sea views. In the garden there is a pool and many places to enjoy. 7-10 beds.

Three bathrooms of which one with a hot tub and sauna. Outdoor: On the large terrace there is lounge furniture, dining area in glazed pergola, outdoor kitchen with barbecues and jacuzzi. In the garden is pool, sunbeds, lounge furniture and trampoline. Some bicycles are available to borrow.

Our wonderful newly built new england house is only 500 from the Marina in Viggbyholm! Nature is around the corner with running tracks, forests and it is only 20 minutes to Stockholm. The area is very safe! The house has five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pool and small plot with trampoline for the children.
