Take a step back in time and stay in this unique, beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers and nature lover's. A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. It is comprised of the whole of the first floor of a two story building whose ground floor is under construction. It has a separate, private entrance, 3 balconies, 3 bedrooms and access to the terrace/rooftop. It is ideal for: Groups or couples who want to spend relaxing holidays without having a vehicle and also travellers who need a base from where they can explore the island with their vehicle.

Πέτρινη σουίτα 10 μόλις μέτρα από την παραλία . Πολύ μεγάλα παράθυρα για να απολαμβάνετε την θέα Θάλασσα , εξωτερική πέργκολα με καθιστικό και τραπέζι . Πλήρη επιπλωμένη κουζίνα και άνετο μπάνιo/ντουζιέρα. Καθώς ανεβαίνετε τα ξύλινα σκαλοπάτια φτάνετε στο υπνοδωμάτιο όπου από το οποίο μπορείτε να απολαύσετε καλύτερα τη θέα της θάλασσας. Η έντονη παρουσία του ξύλου σε συνδυασμό με το χτιστό κρεβάτι και τον καναπέ σε παραπέμπει στα αρχοντικά σπίτια των Κυκλάδων.

Απέχει 5 λεπτά από την παραλία και τα μαγαζιά του Μπάτσιου. Το σπίτι παρέχει όλο τον εξοπλισμό για τις πρώτες σας ανάγκες και ένα μπαλκόνι όπου μπροστά θα μπορείτε να παρκάρετε το αυτοκίνητο σας. Επίσης κάθε 4 μέρες γίνεται αλλαγή στα κλινοσκεπάσματα!

We are back after a few years offline! This 2 bedroom house is situated on the north-west side of Andros Island overlooking the famous Cavo D’ Oro sea-passage and facing the neighbouring island of Evia where you can enjoy the beautiful sea, amazing sunset views and most importantly a private beach!
