The small fishing village of Dajla, about 5 km from Novigrad and 10 km from Umag, provides a pleasant stay, peace and relaxation for your vacation. Our villa is located in the courtyard and has a permitted passage in a few steps to the sea and the beach. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. Our house is ideal for a family stay by the sea, long walks and cycling. A small market is located near the villa, as well as restaurants that provide you with an unforgettable sunset experience.

Villa Umea is a newly build villa (2021), modern with a traditional twist. Its an ideal villa for one or two families wishing a relaxed vacation. Familly house with privacy, not appropriate for youth groups and parties. Heated pool, parking inside the property for 3 cars and only 400m from the sea. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accomodate up to 7-8 people also children included, very comfortable is for 6. There is also an outdoor grill place with an outdoor dinning table.

Park Riviera Adria Blue Seaside

You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can rent them from us: 8 euros per person per stay for towels and 8 euros per person for bed linens per stay. If you want a change of towels or bed linens, you can let us know and we will do it again for 8 euros. There is a tourist tax to pay on arrival: €1.6 per guest per night. Children 12-17 years old pay 50%. Children 0-11 years old do not have to pay. Please note that check in is 16-20h (we cannot guarantee check in after 20h).
