Access by paved and lighted street; the balcony and bathroom have panoramic views of the beach, mountains and forest. Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Parking for two medium-sized cars.

Easy to access asphalt only 300 meters from the Cunha-Paraty road. Lots of privacy, ideal for resting in the midst of nature with comfort and safety.
