The downstairs family bathroom includes a shower/bath combination whilst the upstairs shower room provides facilities close to the sleeping quarters, made up of a sizeable master bedroom and a large twin room.

We might not boast a seaview, but you are a 2 minute walk from two beautiful sandy beaches which are part of the Moray Coast Trail. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in Crovie just yards from the sea. This property has been refurbished to a high standard. The open plan kitchen/sitting room, with wood-burning stove, overlooks the sea and the cottage’s private outside seating area has stunning views of the Moray Firth and Gardenstown. The spacious bedroom has a king size bed and en suite shower room. A perfect cottage for two to enjoy the solitude, fabulous sunsets and occasional dolphin display.

Beautiful seaside cottage with spectacular views

The cottage has spectacular views, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). A small enclosed yard to the rear and a bench and parking area to the front. Included in the price is electricity and heating, a basket of logs and kindling for the log burning stove in the cottage, cupboard items such as tea, coffee. There is a smart tv, should you wish to use it (the view is the best tv!) and WiFi. The house is a traditional fishing cottage in a quiet village situated on the NE250 route.

The bathroom with toilet is located downstairs, shower and separate bath. There is a surcharge of GBP 8 p.d. per pet (max of 2 pet). Upstairs are two bedrooms. Added later, the adjacent 200 year old cottage has been beautifully renovated and sits in a peaceful location within a 2 acre garden surrounded by open countryside. It’s perfectly situated as a base for exploring the highlands of Scotland, the fabulous beaches and places of interest around the Moray Firth, as well as being on the doorstep of the acclaimed Malt Whisky Trail. The Highland Capital of Inverness is only 20 minutes away.

Pinewood cottage

Beautiful views from a great vantage point on Bennachie this rustic cottage is ideally located for hillwalking, sightseeing or simply getting away from it all. Only 10 minutes drive from Inverurie and a short walk over the hill from the pitodrie house hotel which offers luxury dining and a cozy bar. There is also a riding school nearby and of course all the walking trails are on your doorstep. We are pet friendly but the garden is not enclosed.

A sun porch is visible through an open door, offering unobstructed views of the sea. The space features a small rug and showcases a calming color palette, with natural light streaming in through large windows. The tranquil setting invites moments of relaxation.
