Fantastic large house with beautiful roof terraces

The house has all comforts and is located in Cuglieri, an ancient mountain town just 15 minutes from the sea on the West coast of the island. The geographical position is favorable to many trips to the island. The landscapes are uncontaminated. At a short distance, there are rocky beaches and kilometers of white sandy beaches (Sinis area). The house has two roof terraces with breathtaking views. Care and cleanliness in the house! Wifi. A garage is available for motorbikes only (maximum 3).

The cottage on Via Pia is a historic 1880s house, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us.
