Apartments 500 meters from the beach

La Cabila Apartamentos rural is a rehabilitated Asturian house completely preserving the original structure of the 19th century. The La Cabila project aims to approach as much as possible to the utopia of the “0” issue, offering at the same time the most modern comforts: three independent apartments decorated in a traditional way with original furniture and furnishings, combined with maximum comfort; wifi, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob... The situation is unbeatable, in the San Telmo de la Poledura neighborhood, on a high above the sea, 500 meters from the Greek beach, overlooking the Cantabrian sea and the Sueve mountain range. Rustic apartment with double outdoor space: typical Asturian wooden corridor and terrace with spectacular ocean views. Double room with double bed and another single bed ideal for children. Very spacious bathroom with shower cabin with hydromassage and integrated radio. Double-height living room with an Italian-open double soap and viscoelastic mattress.

Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

The entrance showcases a sturdy wooden door framed by rustic red brick, offering a glimpse into the spacious interior. Light filters in through large windows on either side, while a simple stone pathway leads to the inviting entrance. A potted plant adds a touch of greenery.

Enjoy our small detached house surrounded by an Asturian apple orchard with views of the Sueve mountain. The house consists of two double bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. Outside the house there is a barbecue and a large terrace area. The house is ideal for those who love tranquility but at the same time is very well connected via the N634 with the main cities of eastern Asturias such as Arriondas (10km) Cangas de Onís (17km) Ribadesella (28km)

Nice house 10 minutes from Cangas de Onís , In a very quiet livestock village on the banks of the Sella River. It has two bedrooms one with two beds of 90 and the other with a bed of 35. a bathroom with shower , toilet and living room with fireplace ,kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron, washing machine, dryer and everything necessary to have a pleasant stay . Come enjoy the peaks of Europe and the beach just 30 minutes away.

Beautiful duplex with a carefully thought-out decoration to make you feel at home, and it includes a garage☺ With a cider house in front, which allows you to soak up Asturian gastronomy. Please note that it generates noise so refrain from booking for people sensitive to noise.🙏 But if you don't mind, it's an ideal place☺ The location allows you to walk to the main points of interest in 2 minutes: beaches, port, old town.
