House in Balzay Bajo Cuenca near the Oro Verde Hotel, 10 minutes from Parque Calderón or 5 km (NOT the location on the map) is near the Italpisos factory. It includes 4 bedrooms each with its own full private bathroom and 4 double beds, with the option of additional beds for an extra fee. Plus gardens and a tree house. Garage for up to 4 vehicles. The four bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the house. Does not include access to the house's upper floor, only the ground floor.
