We use the cabin with friends and family periodically so we have one closet and one room above the garage that are locked for personal items. 6 guests comfortably 2 bedrooms 4 beds-1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 twin, 1 futon & a pull out mattress 2 baths – 1 walk in shower, 1 full bathtub. Conveniently located half way between the communities of Melrose and Glen, and the Salmon Fly and Browns Bridge Fishing Access points. The two bedroom home is the perfect landing spot for fly fisherman, hunters, families or anyone looking to get away for a while. Easy access off of Interstate 15, thirty minutes in either direction from Butte (to the north) and Dillon (to the south).

The cabin takes its name from one of the peaks you'll see right out your window, Alturas 1 (Our 2 BR cabin is named for the next peak to the north... Alturas 2. You will be staying at the foothills of the Pioneer Mountains in the breathtaking Grasshopper Valley ! If you like the outdoors in Montana, this is a great place to be, all four seasons. 3 bedroom 2 bath with a completely finished lower level. The lower level has a Full size bed and twin bunk bed allowing for the possibility of more guests. The master bath has a jetted tub. There is a pellet stove and also Blu-ray.
