There is a large bedroom, sofa bed in other room and on request we can add single bed in the bedroom.Place is spacious, peaceful and full of character. Bathroom has shower and a bath. We have small gym in the bedroom with weights and a bar.

Our road features in the famous painting 'The Avenue' by Pissarro. This is my own home, but I'm often away for work or travel, so I rent it out. Sofa bed in living room can be used on arrangement (please ask). Approx 7 minute walk to Sydenham station and high street with shops.
