The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

The house is located in Ancy-le-Franc in a peaceful and residential area. It is detached and built on a basement and has: entrance, living room, independent equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed for 2 people in 140 cm, bathroom, separate toilet. Outside: a loggia with table and garden furniture, a garage under the house and enclosed garden all around with deckchairs, barbecue and games for children. Baby equipment available in the house. Linen and cleaning included.

Rich in history, Château d'Ancy-Le-Franc, Château de Tanlay, not to mention the famous family restaurant in the village "Chez Mémé"! Fully-equipped house, all you have to do is put your bags down. Close to the Burgundy Canal and the castles of Tanlay, Ancy-le-Franc and Maulnes. Restaurants in the area. Quiet area ideal for stopover or stay/visit.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

House located in the center of a small peaceful village of the Yonne with an inner courtyard not overlooked where you can shine to visit the heritage, wine and natural Burgundy. Nearby: Meaulnes "pentagonal" castle (unique in Europe) and Renaissance castles of Tanlay and Ancy-le-Franc. medieval village of Noyers-sur-Serein. Chablisian vineyards, Tonnerrois. Route du Crémant. Canal de Bourgogne, Lac de Marcenay (reed and ornithological reserve).

You can take nice bike rides, walk, with your dog, visit castles, vineyards, beautiful villages around the cottage. Close to the village halls. Cocooning cottage, fully equipped, sleeps 4 people. Enjoy a friendly moment in the countryside, with the song of birds, barbecues, rest on the enclosed patio.

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.
