Welcome to the Ore Mountains, first of all an important note: in winter (in snow and ice) the house is only accessible with vehicles with four-wheel drive. The house is located at the edge of the village, about 150 metres above the main road at the end of a steep dirt road, where there is no traffic and you have absolute peace and quiet. The large natural meadow is also available for guests. The flat has a separate entrance and two separately accessible bedrooms. Details in description below.

V podhůří Krušných hor nedaleko Karlových Varů a Klínovce jsme z historické stodoly vytvořili jedinečný prostor pro společné chvíle, klid i odpočinek. Lokalita je skvělá pro výlety do hor (Jáchymov, Boží Dar nebo Oberwiesenthal) stejně jako pro objevování okolí. Čeká vás velkorysý společný prostor s výhledem do krajiny, krb, dlouhý stůl pro společné snídaně i večeře, sauna (od 09/2026) a dvě oddělené ložnice. The Erzgebirge Suite Altes Rathaus is an exclusive, spacious holiday apartment for up to 8 people. Located in Sehmatal-Cranzahl, thanks to its central location in the Central Ore Mountains, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the Ore Mountains with their diverse attractions and the surrounding nature. In the building from 1905 marriages were celebrated and official business was done in the past. From 1917 to 2005 it served as the town hall for the community.

Nostalgic cottage right on the Zschopau

We'd like to introduce you to Ortrud. This older lady was built in 1820. It is named after its previous owner, the village school teacher, who spent her life in this "Haisel." Since July 2021, we have been building and renovating our cottage. We have tried to preserve the nostalgic charm and combine it with modern details. If you feel comfortable in such an atmosphere, you are in good hands and very welcome in our Ortrud.
