Ideale anche per una “fuga romantica.” Posizione strategica, a pochi metri dal lungomare cittadino e pochi minuti a piedi dalla centralissima Piazza Pitagora. Qualsiasi luogo di interesse della città è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Area totalmente free-parking.

It's just a 5-minute drive to the sea beaches of Cropani Marina and just 10 minutes from the Cupe Valleys and the beautiful waterfalls. Great solution to enjoy the sea and Sila in full autonomy. My apartment Casa Brezza Marina is simple but equipped with everything. It consists of: two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, kitchen, bathroom and anti-bathroom. Located on the headland in the protected marine air; a few meters away is a staircase that leads to the sea. Rich in backdrops for snorkelers. A quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of travel. A place to relax forgetting everyday stress. The house is open to the sun, wind, and voice of the sea.

The open living area features a kitchen with a modern dining peninsula facing large glass doors. Outside, a view of the water and surrounding hills is visible, complemented by a seating area. Natural light illuminates the space, enhancing its inviting atmosphere.

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is in common, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.
