This unique holiday home, with a decking area of the wirral waterfront has a style all of its own! + free parking( if reserved ) please note, there are steps down to the property, (as we are situated on a road with a hill) the steps take you down to a beautiful view from the garden decking ,and then on to our very stylish lower apartment , cruise ships and other vessels sailing along , which can be seen clearly ,a very relaxing place to stay while you enjoy sitting on the decking area.!

1 bed cozy apartment on South rd right by Waterloo train station on the Southport line, starting at south parkway next to Liverpool airport and extends along the Sefton coastline to southport. A stones throw from Crosby beach featuring Anthony Gormley's Another place. Waterloo/ Crosby has a fantsastic array of bars,restaurants and shops all within a short stroll, or hop on the train to Liverpool city centre (15 minutes) or 10 mins to the National Trust’s stunning Formby pine woods.

Private, Cosy, Well Equipped Garden Flat

My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

The open-plan living area features a dark leather sofa paired with a wooden coffee table. A large glass door leads to a garden view, while shelving displays various items. A workspace is positioned near the kitchen, illuminated by warm lighting.

Blundellsands Apartment.

My apartment is contemporary, compact and very comfortable. The property is situated in Blundellsands which is quiet and leafy. Adjacent to Liverpool to Southport railway line it's a 7 minute walk to train station (Liverpool in 20 mins, Southport in 25 mins). Gormley's Iron Men and beach 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Plenty of good bars, eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. High chair and travel cot on request. Garden shared with our super friendly Springer Spaniel.

The house is just a 5 minute stroll to beautiful Crosby beach and Anthony Gormley's Iron men art exhibition 'Another Place'. It is a 7 minute walk to Blundellsands train station which takes you into the centre of Liverpool in under 25 minutes or Southport in 30 minutes.
