Quiet two-room apartment in the historic center, just a short walk from the Duomo. Located in an elegant condominium. Equipped with the necessary comforts for even long stays (wifi, TV, oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher). Access via a short internal staircase with a large under-stair space ideal for storing bikes, suitcases, etc. Paid parking is available below the house and free parking is available within a 5-minute walk. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

In a splendid and quiet panoramic area next to Mount Pillerone, you will find the typical Piacenza rural house. Renovated while maintaining the wood and local stones, you will find a large living room with kitchen with wood-burning stove and a bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking or cycling; a few kilometers from Val Trebbia and Val Luretta. Your pet is welcome and the entire apartment is accessible and equipped for the disabled.

To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
